Business Development Representative - Thailand Market

About the role

Salesforce's Sales Development team consists of Business Development Representatives (BDR) and Sales Representatives (SR); SRs handle inbound leads while BDRs focus on outbound lead generation. This opening is for a BDR working in the Thailand market, generating and qualifying revenue opportunities and working closely with Account Executives. The company describes itself as an AI CRM and is looking for motivated, self-starting people who want a clear learning and earning path.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline for its products across enterprise accounts.
• Create and prioritise strategic target account lists within Thailand.
• Research and build cold accounts, such as adding contacts, sending emails and cold calling.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas consistently.
• Hold high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
• Evaluate Salesforce and the On-Demand model.

Required profile

• Fluent Thai to converse with clients in the Thailand market.
• At least 3 years of inside sales experience in IT (new business development, cold calling, planning and strategy).
• Proven track record selling to Thailand clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy, positive attitude, and ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
