About the role
HRnetOne is recruiting a Department Lead for a quarry producing limestone, open to expatriates. The role leads the quarry's operations and strategy, with the requirement to be based full-time in Thailand.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and lead the quarry's short- and long-term operational strategies to support Saraburi Operations and corporate goals.
- Safeguard and optimise the lifetime of limestone and shale resources, ensuring consistent raw material supply and quality with no shortages.
- Monitor production processes, drive continuous improvement and implement advanced mine planning strategies.
- Maintain full oversight of health, safety and environmental (OH&S) compliance and local regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic direction, mentorship and leadership to the quarry management team.
Required profile
- Degree in Mining Engineering or an equivalent field.
- 10+ years of proven leadership in quarry or mining management.
- Full-time presence in Thailand.
