Maintenance Engineer Expert - Filling & Packing Machines

About the role

HRnetOne is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer Expert for filling and packing machines in Thailand. The role covers preventive maintenance planning and execution, coordination with production, documentation in SAP, continuous improvement and cost optimization, and coaching a team of technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run the preventive maintenance plan for filling and packing machines, including inspections, repairs and updates to checklists and the plan
• Take part in machine and system installations, updating documents and drawings
• Coordinate maintenance with production and share technical knowledge with technicians and production staff
• Support troubleshooting and advise on technical challenges
• Register work orders and create and update machine equipment in SAP, and prepare maintenance reports
• Analyze machine failures to find root causes, optimize spare parts inventory and lead cost-reduction initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance and machine reliability, ideally in the food or dairy industry
• More than 5 years of experience with filling and packing machines is highly desirable
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team of technicians

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP for maintenance work orders and spare parts management
• Knowledge of safety and food safety standards (GMP, ISO, HACCP)
• Planning, budgeting and cost-saving initiatives
• Spare parts management and maintenance scheduling
