Engineering Manufacturing Internship – Injection Molding (Power Solutions)

About the role

Join Bosch’s smart factory in Thailand as an Engineering Manufacturing Intern focusing on injection molding for power‑solution products. You will gain hands‑on experience in a high‑tech environment that produces connectors and fuel‑injection units for automotive customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support engineering tasks on the shop floor.
• Assist with machine installation and tool release activities.
• Lead or support continuous‑improvement projects.
• Prepare and update manufacturing documents such as work instructions.
• Implement engineering change requests (ECR‑CO).
• Support compliance with IATF 16949 and Bosch standards.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Engineering (Polymeric, Material, Tool & Dies, Industrial, Automotive or related fields).
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai.
• Efficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Available for a minimum six‑month internship starting August 2026.
