Factory Manager - Food & Beverage Manufacturing

About the role

HRnetOne is recruiting a Factory Manager for a food and beverage manufacturing site in Thailand. The manager directs daily production, ensures food safety compliance, leads the team and controls costs.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet delivery schedules and volume targets while optimising resource use.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, ISO) and internal quality standards, and lead audit preparations and corrective actions.
• Manage, mentor and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the factory budget, monitor production costs and reduce waste to improve manufacturing yields.
• Work with procurement and logistics on raw material inventory and finished goods dispatch.
• Oversee preventative maintenance of machinery and facility infrastructure to minimise downtime.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Industrial Management or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a management role within food and beverage manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of food safety management systems and local manufacturing regulations.
• Strong leadership skills for managing large, multi-functional teams, and excellent problem-solving ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in manufacturing ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.
