Finance Head

About the role

Cesna Recruitment is hiring a Finance Head in Bangkok. The role is fully responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, treasury and internal controls, and leads tax planning and compliance under Thai accounting standards and tax regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial strategic planning, budget management, treasury and internal control systems
• Ensure strict adherence to Thai Accounting Standards and tax regulations, and lead tax planning and compliance management
• Set up financial analysis and early-warning mechanisms to support strategic decisions
• Oversee cross-border operations, project investments, joint ventures and multi-project fund flows, including risk management
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities and CPA firms

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• 8+ years of finance or accounting experience, including 3+ years as Finance Head, Finance Manager or equivalent management role
• Familiarity with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations and corporate financial management; cross-border, investment, JV or multi-project finance experience preferred
• Thai CPA qualification, tax certification or experience working with licensed CPA firms preferred
• Business communication in Chinese, Thai or English preferred; strong professional ethics
