Flight Operations Engineer - Cabin

About the role

The Flight Operations Engineer – Cabin is part of Airbus' flight operations support team. Working closely with the Flight Operations Support & Training Standards department, you will update and maintain flight operations manuals (CCOM) for all Airbus aircraft programs worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Author flight operations manuals in line with standards defined by STL.
• Update manuals based on aircraft definitions, operational feedback, customer, authority or internal requests.
• Manage aircraft configuration to ensure manuals cover each aircraft definition.
• Respond to customer queries on flight‑operations matters as requested by STL.
• Assess and address customer concerns within defined time‑frames.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering.
• 2‑5 years experience in airline operations or equivalent.
• 2‑5 years experience as a Flight Attendant.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• General knowledge of aircraft cabin systems and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of aircraft cabin systems.
• Proficiency with IT tools for authoring structured documentation.
• Experience creating documentation in XML.
