Forex Country Manager – Thailand

About the role

DB Investing is expanding its presence in Thailand and seeks an experienced Forex Country Manager to lead market growth, drive sales, and manage partner relationships. You will be based in Bangkok and report to regional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a market‑entry strategy to increase DB Investing’s share in Thailand.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire high‑net‑worth and institutional clients, and achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) to broaden distribution.
• Build and mentor a local sales and business‑development team.
• Ensure compliance with Thai regulatory requirements.
• Represent the brand at industry events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior role with a forex broker.
• Deep knowledge of forex trading, financial instruments, and local regulations.
• Established network of clients and IBs in the region.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Fluent in Thai and English.
