Health & Safety Officer – International School

About the role

The Health & Safety Officer will lead and coordinate all health and safety functions across the school, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for students, staff and visitors. The role aligns with Thai legal requirements and ISP global standards, supporting the wellbeing and safety of the learning community.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Thai occupational safety legislation and ISP global standards.
• Coordinate school‑wide risk assessments, safety inspections and audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage incident and accident reporting, investigate accidents and produce monthly safety reports.
• Lead emergency preparedness including fire, evacuation and lockdown drills and maintain emergency procedures.
• Identify health & safety training needs, deliver inductions and arrange ongoing training for staff.

Required profile

• Subject to comprehensive vetting, including criminal background checks covering the past ten years.
• Commitment to ISP safeguarding principles and to fostering an inclusive, respectful school environment.

Required skills

• Experience with SAI360 safety management software.
