HR Manager – Head of Human Resources (FMCG)

About the role

The company is seeking a senior HR professional to act as the Head of Human Resources for its FMCG operations in Thailand. Reporting to regional leadership, you will shape people strategy, ensure compliance, and drive performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full spectrum of HR activities across Thailand.
• Partner strategically with regional leaders on organization design, workforce planning, talent management and leadership development.
• Implement global HR policies and delegation of authority while adapting to local labor laws and cultural contexts.
• Drive employee engagement, performance management, succession planning and leadership capability.
• Provide oversight, guidance and coaching to country HR leaders and teams.
• Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with all local employment regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree or professional HR certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 + years of progressive HR experience with regional leadership exposure in Thailand.
• Proven experience leading global or regional Compensation & Benefits programs in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Thailand labor laws and HR practices.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels and to influence senior executives.
