Industrial Progress Engineer

About the role

Michelin is looking for an Industrial Progress Engineer in Nongkae STI. The role supports and accelerates progress initiatives using Michelin Way tools, methods and approach, and aims to make operational teams autonomous in the long term in managing their own progress.

Key responsibilities

• Implement progress initiatives to improve the entity's performance
• Ensure IE basics are in place and maintained
• Keep activity and time records up to date and set up activity follow-up tools
• Perform headcount and machine calculations so that capacities stay under control
• Share best practices within the progress network
• Manage change effectively by getting key change players on board and committed
• Develop the long-term autonomy of operational teams in managing their progress initiatives

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Chemical, Mechanical, etc.)
• 1-3 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer or Process Engineer; new graduates are also welcome
• Thai native speaker with good English communication
• Good analytical and communication skills, able to work under pressure and to challenge others
