Infrastructure Automation Engineer

About the role

Kyndryl designs, builds, manages and modernizes mission-critical technology systems for leading organizations worldwide. As an Infrastructure Automation Engineer in the Thailand team, you will help drive operational excellence through enterprise automation and platform modernization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automation playbooks and reusable frameworks
• Develop automation solutions using the Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform
• Automate infrastructure, operating system, middleware and cloud processes
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to identify automation opportunities
• Perform testing, deployment and production implementation activities
• Troubleshoot automation issues and perform root cause analysis
• Maintain documentation and version-controlled automation assets

Required profile

• 5+ years of infrastructure, automation, DevOps or platform engineering experience
• Customer-focused, growth-minded and open to working across borders
• Preferred: experience in large enterprise environments

Required skills

• Ansible Automation Platform and Ansible Playbooks
• Linux and Windows server environments
• Scripting in Python, Shell or PowerShell
• Git and version control
• Preferred: Azure or AWS, ITIL and change management, CI/CD and DevOps practices
