Junior Graphic Designer – Creative Studio (Bangkok)

About the role

FHI 360’s Design Lab 360 is seeking a motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join its Bangkok creative studio. Reporting to an Art Director, you will create visual assets that support the organization’s global work in health, education, environment, economic development and research.

Key responsibilities

• Design a variety of visual materials such as social media graphics, presentations, reports, infographics, event collateral, publications and digital assets.
• Create and maintain branded Microsoft PowerPoint and Word templates, presentations and documents.
• Assist senior designers in concept development and execution of creative solutions.
• Prepare production‑ready files for both print and digital distribution.
• Adapt existing designs to different formats, sizes, languages and channels while preserving brand consistency.
• Develop mock‑ups for offline formats (e.g., roll‑up banners, backdrops) and online formats (e.g., rich banner ads, social media content).
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Organise and maintain project files and creative assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Early‑career designer with a passion for design and social impact.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and follow brand guidelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
