About the role
The Lead Software Engineer will develop high‑quality software in an agile team, driving technical solutions, design, and testing for time‑series products. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and specialists.
Key responsibilities
- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed design specifications and code.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain efficient, reusable, and secure software components.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, provide design options, estimate complexity, and deliver user stories.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
Required profile
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture design and development.
- Proven ability to mentor and coach team members.
- Fluent English communication skills.
