About the role
Brenntag is hiring a Logistics Executive in Samutprakarn to support logistics operations smoothly and record transactions in the SAP system. The role covers picking, invoicing, shipment documentation and coordination with internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Issue a pick slip in the SAP system so the warehouse can prepare the goods.
- Post and prepare the invoice document set for delivery to the customer.
- Prepare shipment documents such as COA and PO, following customer requirements.
- Coordinate with CS, Sales, SS and 3PL parties when delivery issues arise.
- Handle goods receipt in SAP and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Perform other SAP transactions for the logistics function.
- Follow the quality standards and management procedures of the integrated system and carry out activities according to its regulations.
- Carry out other work assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of working experience.
