Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Bosch Group’s first smart factory in Thailand, you will support series production, ramp‑up and continuous improvement of a high‑volume fuel injector plant. You will work on‑site with cross‑functional teams to ensure quality, cost and output targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Support series production, SOP launch, ramp‑up and monitor OEE, scrap, cycle time and productivity.
• Analyse production charts, take corrective actions and drive machine improvements.
• Review and update P‑FMEA, control plans and develop error‑proofing solutions.
• Prepare production documents, work standards and budget plans for improvement projects.
• Collaborate with BPS, quality, HSE and safety teams on 5S, 4M change management, 8D, and audit activities (IATF16949, ISO 14001).
• Assist engineering change requests, tooling, parameters and documentation for new models until SOP.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive manufacturing (IATF16949 environment).
• Knowledge of washing, annealing, trembling and assembly processes.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and AutoCAD.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
