About the role
CADDi provides an AI Data Platform for manufacturing and is looking for a Manufacturing Transformation Consultant based in Bangkok. It is the human side of the "Whole Product": work continues after recommendations are delivered, and you will help shape how the team works in this market.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose customers' engineering, procurement and production processes and identify where knowledge and data are lost, duplicated or unusable
- Set the target state and milestones with customer management and drive implementation until the new way of working is adopted
- Lead onboarding of new customers, providing training and resources with cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, from the plant floor to the C-suite
- Visit the floor, build trust with workers, gather feedback and turn it into the next steps of the transformation plan
- Manage renewals and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities with the Field Sales team
- Monitor engagement progress, detect risks early and run recovery plans on your own initiative
- Report customer outcomes to leadership and turn what works into repeatable practices
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, advisory work for manufacturing clients, in-house consulting or business improvement roles, or digitalization/smart factory initiatives at a manufacturing site
- Sales or account management experience with manufacturing customers
- Native Thai and business-level English
- Valid Thai driving licence and willingness to drive to customer sites in upcountry areas
- Strong logical thinking, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
- Resonance with the mission of unleashing the potential of manufacturing and a desire to stay with customers until change is embedded
Required skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and presentation tools
- Nice to have: engineering degree, experience with Japanese manufacturers, SAP PP/MM or MRP, Kaizen/TPS/IE, B2B SaaS onboarding, and influence of C-suite or plant management
What we offer
- Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00, holidays, annual paid leave, sick leave, maternity and other leaves
- 1-month fixed bonus, social insurance, commuting/car/fuel allowances, annual health check-up, group health insurance and provident fund
- Internal training, stock options, hybrid work, free lunch and drinks every two Fridays
