- Identify technical, regulatory, utility-related and execution risks, using familiarity with Thailand's power sector and utility processes.
- Assess the credibility of the energisation timeline and its bottlenecks or dependencies.
- Deliver a power feasibility assessment, an annotated connection concept, an evidence-gap register and an assessment of the achievable energisation timeline.
Required profile
- Approximately 15+ years of experience in high-voltage substations, transmission/distribution connections, power infrastructure or utility-interface delivery.
- Strong experience in technical due diligence, feasibility assessments or infrastructure project evaluation.
- Direct Thailand project experience and familiarity with utility processes and local infrastructure requirements.
- Ability to review technical documentation, validate infrastructure plans and challenge assumptions.
