About the role

Join LSEG’s World‑Check Risk Intelligence team to lead test automation for a cloud‑native platform on AWS, leveraging AI‑assisted development tools to boost productivity and delivery speed.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive test automation framework (UI, API, performance, security) for AWS‑based applications.
• Embed quality gates in CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous testing and delivery.
• Act as a technical authority on test architecture and champion AI‑assisted development tools.
• Mentor senior and mid‑level engineers and collaborate with product, architecture, DevOps and cybersecurity teams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in a lead or principal role.
• Proven hands‑on experience building scalable test automation on AWS and using AI‑assisted tools.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and leadership abilities.
