Process Engineer

About the role

Michelin Asia Pacific (Thailand) is looking for a Process Engineer to join its Quality Team in Laem Chabang. The team ensures products consistently meet customer expectations and manufacturing standards by driving quality performance, managing risks and fostering continuous improvement across the production process.

Key responsibilities

• Drive quality performance and continuous improvement so products and processes meet defined quality standards
• Monitor product and process performance, identify quality risks and lead corrective actions on non-conformities
• Promote quality standards and best practices, including the Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW)
• Monitor and improve quality performance indicators within the assigned area
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures and manufacturing requirements
• Manage product and process non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• Work with production, engineering and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Materials, Production or Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in quality, process engineering, manufacturing or related environments; new graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication in Thai and English

Required skills

• Preferred: experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Preferred: knowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement or root cause analysis methodologies
