Product Owner – FinTech & Forex Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the development of our client‑facing and operational platforms for a fast‑growing financial/FX company in Bangkok. You will shape the product vision, roadmap and delivery while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap and development priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage product backlogs, collaborate with development, design, QA and third‑party technology teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning and product reviews.
• Monitor timelines, KPIs and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery.
• Enhance client portal, CRM, trader area, payment, withdrawal, KYC and onboarding processes.
• Support development of IB and affiliate portals and explore AI‑powered automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst.
• Background in Forex, CFD, brokerage, FinTech or financial services.
• Strong understanding of brokerage operations, customer lifecycle and KYC processes.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional technical and business teams.
