Program Officer – JUMP! Experiences

About the role

The JUMP! Foundation is looking for a detail‑oriented Program Officer to join its JUMP! Experiences team in Bangkok. You will support the end‑to‑end delivery of experiential learning programmes, ensuring smooth logistics, participant onboarding and continuous improvement of stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Program Directors and managers with planning, logistics, participant registration and post‑program evaluation.
• Maintain accurate programme data, documents and logistical arrangements in line with standard operating procedures.
• Develop and implement onboarding processes for participants, creating a welcoming learning environment.
• Collaborate with programme teams to customise content for diverse participant groups.
• Support facilitators during sessions, integrating adventurous activities, SEL principles and reflective practices.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure all programme materials are operational and well‑kept.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Development, Youth Work or a related field (preferred).
• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in programme management and administration.
• Understanding of experiential learning and social‑emotional learning concepts.
• Eligibility to work in Thailand.

Required skills

• Data entry and document management.
• Logistical coordination and planning.
• Ability to follow and implement SOPs.

What we offer

• Full‑time, fixed‑term contract (2 years) with potential extension.
• Annual salary between THB 420,000 and THB 720,000, including a performance‑based variable component.
