Sales Administrator

About the role

Kraft Heinz is looking for a dedicated, organized sales administrator who enjoys routine-based work and is a structured thinker. The role supports the Business Development Managers (Account Managers) for SSEA&HK so that business operations run smoothly. It is based in Thailand.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the customer contact point for order updates, A&P and quality claims, AP, AR, pricing maintenance, system uploads, stickering coordination and product information requests.
• Check that orders received match the demand planning cycle, follow up on variances and missing purchase orders, and give customers regular order-status updates.
• Liaise with international Kraft Heinz affiliates to receive documents needed to fulfill orders or scope new products, and advise third-party re-labelers on incoming orders.
• Support the accounts receivable team on overdue invoices and work with the accounts payable team on proof-of-performance documents.
• Check invoiced prices against internal pricing files, upload new prices, complete price-approval forms and enter promotional activities by price level and date.
• Handle damaged-goods claims, track outstanding commercial and operational claims and review A&P claims against approved spend.
• Prepare the demand planning file, weekly sales reports, out-of-stock reports and distribution/KPI reports from customer datasets.
