Sales Representative I - Medical Devices

About the role

Medtronic, a global healthcare technology company, is looking for an entry-level Sales Representative I in Bangkok. This is an individual contributor role focused on selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts, with work closely supervised.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders such as distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximise the value of Medtronic's offerings.
• Promote and establish education about the company's products and services.
• Conduct market research on customers and competitors, implement market development plans and communicate customer feedback to R&D, Operations and Marketing.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 4+ years of experience, or an Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Relevant sales, clinical or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Ability to follow standard sales and business development practices and to communicate with external customers and vendors, including basic negotiation and presentations.
