Territory Account Manager - Food Processing

About the role

Diversey, a Solenis company, is looking for a Territory Account Manager to join its fast-growing Food Processing team in Bangkok. You will build strong customer relationships, drive sales growth and deliver hands-on solutions across leading food processing and food manufacturing businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Turn marketing strategy into operational sales plans, working with the Sales Director and stakeholders to define sector strategy, projects and priorities.
• Analyse market trends, competitors and the business environment, then develop business models, programmes and tools that drive sales growth in food and beverage.
• Acquire new business and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Evaluate and close new opportunities by analysing deal requirements, risks and financial potential, and negotiate contracts aligned with company strategy.
• Ensure effective execution at customer sites, including equipment and system installation, order planning, supply chain coordination and on-site project coordination with the Technical & Customer Service teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in food science, food engineering, chemistry or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in industrial sectors; experience in production, QC, QA or sales in beverage, dairy, alcohol or food is an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, solid presentation skills and a results-oriented approach.
• Able to solve customer problems and work both independently and in a team.
• English communication and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
