SAP S/4HANA Officer – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Officer to support the rollout of SAP S/4HANA within our warehouse operations at the Bosch manufacturing and R&D site in Rayong, Thailand. This is a one‑year fixed‑term position focused on ensuring a smooth transition to the new system and maintaining operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA rollout activities for warehouse processes.
• Perform system testing in both test and production environments to verify functionality and stability.
• Create and maintain work instruction documents for warehouse operations under the new system.
• Register new work instructions in SAP and provide training to end users.
• Assist with post‑go‑live stabilization and continuous improvement.
• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the manager or project manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse environments.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and training materials.
• Proven capability to work under project timelines and pressure.
• Willingness to take on extra responsibilities as needed.
