Senior Analyst – Pricing Optimization (Bangkok based, relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to lead pricing optimization within its Performance Marketing team. The role is based in Bangkok with relocation support and focuses on experimenting with pricing strategies, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on pricing strategies across traffic segments and product features.
• Develop predictive models to understand demand elasticity and support pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams to implement successful test outcomes.
• Create dashboards, track performance metrics, and present insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• 2+ years experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business operations in a fast‑growing global environment.
