Senior Associate - ESG Consultant

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its ESG consulting team in Bangkok. The role supports clients in embedding environmental, social and governance considerations into their business strategies and operations, helping them manage sustainability risks and capture new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client needs and develop tailored ESG strategies aligned with their business objectives.
• Provide consulting services across carbon accounting, climate risk assessment, circular economy and climate finance.
• Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives, including carbon pricing, offsets and energy transition financing.
• Interpret data and produce insights, reports and recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while collaborating with internal multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree; professional certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous environments and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills with a focus on sustainability challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
