Senior Brand Manager - Vodka & Tequila, Southeast Asia

About the role

Diageo, the world's leading premium drinks company, is hiring a Senior Brand Manager in Bangkok to lead the Vodka & Tequila portfolio across Southeast Asia. The role turns consumer insights, pack-price architecture recommendations and category priorities into marketing programs that drive business and brand performance.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of assigned brands through effective planning and execution, monitor performance (NSV, ROI, volume, market share, equity), identify growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions, and deliver annual brand growth plans aligned to category priorities.
• Lead end-to-end campaign implementation across SEA markets, ensuring consistency and speed, adapting global assets to local relevance, and managing launches, activations and promotions.
• Partner with Commercial and BU Marketing teams to turn strategies into executable plans, support customer activation programs and align marketing with commercial objectives.
• Lead innovation launches and portfolio initiatives, working with the Innovation team to bring the RTD portfolio to life, coordinate cross-functional teams and support pack-price architecture and premiumisation plans.
• Track campaign effectiveness, run post-campaign evaluations, share best practices across SEA markets and contribute to continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• Experience as a brand manager in the drinks industry.
• Ability to partner with commercial teams and execute campaigns across multiple markets.
