Senior Consultant / Associate – Bangkok

About the role

Oliver Wyman’s Bangkok office is expanding its Thailand team and is looking for Senior Consultants / Associates to deliver strategy‑led transformation projects for public and private sector clients. The role involves solving complex problems, working closely with senior stakeholders, and helping shape a differentiated consulting franchise in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or co‑lead workstreams, structuring problems, developing hypotheses, designing analyses, and synthesizing insights into clear recommendations.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, stakeholder interviews, and data‑driven analyses (qualitative and quantitative).
• Develop client‑ready presentations and memos with crisp storylines and actionable recommendations.
• Support the design of strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, KPI systems, capability roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Partner with senior leadership on business development, proposal drafting, workshop design, and thought leadership.

Required profile

• Typically 10+ years since bachelor’s degree or 5+ years since master’s degree, with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality outputs under tight timelines.
• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, operating‑model design, or advisory roles in regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving abilities, comfortable working with imperfect data and ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present clear, persuasive narratives to senior audiences.
• Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written) and eligible to work in Thailand.
