Senior Consultant / Associate – Bangkok

About the role

Oliver Wyman’s Bangkok office is seeking experienced Senior Consultants/Associates to deliver strategy‑led transformation projects for public and private sector clients. The role involves solving complex problems, working closely with senior stakeholders, and helping build a differentiated consulting franchise in Thailand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or co‑lead workstreams: structure problems, develop hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, stakeholder interviews, and data‑driven analyses (qualitative and quantitative).
• Develop client‑ready presentations and memos with crisp storylines and actionable recommendations.
• Support design of strategies, operating models, governance, KPI frameworks, capability roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Partner with leadership on business development, proposal drafting, workshop design, and thought leadership.

Required profile

• Typically 10+ years since bachelor’s or 5+ years since master’s degree, with a track record of delivering high‑quality outputs under tight timelines.
• Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, corporate development, or advisory roles in public‑sector or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical, structured problem‑solving, and communication skills; ability to work with imperfect data and ambiguity.
• Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written) and eligible to work in Thailand.
