Senior Director of Public Relations and Marketing

About the role

Four Seasons is hiring a Senior Director of Public Relations and Marketing for its resorts in Thailand, reporting to the Senior Commercial Director. The role provides strategic leadership for PR, marketing, communications, content, social media, partnerships and brand activities across Four Seasons Chiang Mai, Koh Samui and the Tented Camp Golden Triangle. The schedule is full-time, primarily during daytime business hours, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays for events and media functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual strategic PR, digital, social media and marketing communications plan supporting business goals and promoting the programming, experiences and offerings of the three hotels.
• Analyse the hotels' marketplace, consumer trends and competition to build data-led strategies that gain market share.
• Act as a subject matter expert, creating integration, messaging and storytelling opportunities.
• Partner with business stakeholders and department heads to ensure a seamless consumer experience.
• Manage crisis communications and overall reputation management for the portfolio and brand.
• Ensure adherence to company brand standards across all properties.

Required profile

• University degree (bachelor's minimum).
• 12+ years of experience in related fields.
• Prior resort experience is an added advantage.
