Senior Manager, Partnership Management

About the role

Prudential is hiring a Senior Manager, Partnership Management in Bangkok. The role covers planning, performance monitoring, coordination and support of partnerships, as well as project execution, business analysis, governance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and medium-term partnership business plans with targets, initiatives and milestones, and monitor performance against KPIs such as sales, productivity and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare management dashboards, performance reports and business updates for internal stakeholders and partners.
• Act as the coordination point between internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance, IT) and external partners, handling day-to-day engagement, follow-ups, issue tracking and escalations.
• Support the design and execution of partnership initiatives such as product launches, campaigns, operational efficiency and new business models, tracking progress, risks and dependencies.
• Carry out business analysis, financial projections and scenario assessments, and assist in preparing financial models, PARs and approval documents.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards, and support audits and internal reviews.
• Take ownership of workstreams, represent the partnership team in meetings and contribute to improving partnership processes and tools.
