Senior Sales Engineer / Manager - Renewable Resources & Agriculture

About the role

GEA is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer / Manager based in Bangkok to drive sales and business development in the Renewable Resource and Agricultural Industry. The role covers sales, customer and market development, project and technical support, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales activities and achieve annual sales and profitability targets for the Renewable Resource/Agricultural Industry.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities, and build and manage relationships with EPC contractors, developers, consultants, distributors and end users.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions with customers and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes, gather customer feedback and share market intelligence.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management and service teams on customer solutions, and give preliminary technical and commercial support during proposals.
• Maintain customer and opportunity records in the CRM, prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and business development plans, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5-10 years of sales or business development experience in the Renewable Resource/Agricultural Industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic customer relationships.
• Fluent in English and the local language; willing to travel extensively within the country.
