Senior Solution Architect

About the role

Eastspring, a global asset manager with Asia at its core, is hiring a Senior Solution Architect for its Mitrtown office in Bangkok. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining information system solutions: setting objectives, planning project life-cycle deliverables and resources, and leading the exploration, evaluation and design of technical solutions. It also covers documenting solutions and supporting organizational goals through effective execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain information system solutions by formulating objectives and planning project deliverables and resources.
• Document solutions with documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, tools, charts, code comments and clear code.
• Test code, review it and recommend changes to technology stakeholders.
• Partner with internal business units to provide applications and technology solutions.
• Manage project scope changes, identify potential crises and prepare contingency plans.
• Determine and design system specifications, standards and programming, then prepare and install solutions.
• Manage day-to-day system operations, parameters and ad-hoc troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 4-7 years of experience with increasing responsibility in the relevant technical domain.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; a Master's is an advantage.
• Experience in financial services or asset management, including mutual fund and provident fund processes and regulations.
• Professional English; Thai is an advantage.

Required skills

• Cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), hybrid integration and security-by-design.
• Project portfolio planning, cost-benefit and feasibility analysis.
• Vendor and stakeholder management and regulatory compliance alignment.
