Senior Specialist, Supply Operations

About the role

As a Senior Specialist in Supply Operations at Agoda’s Bangkok office, you will design, build and maintain the internal tools that enable the Supply team to intake, route, handle and report operational work. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to streamline processes, resolve recurring issues and drive data‑driven improvements across the organisation. The role combines technical development with operational problem‑solving to create scalable, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and optimise backend office tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, SQL, Python) for intake, routing and reporting.
• Identify, troubleshoot and convert recurring operational problems into lasting process or tool solutions.
• Collaborate with Supply, Operations, Support and other teams to improve workflow hand‑offs and market coordination.
• Design and deliver reporting, lists and automated workflows using SQL, Python and data‑visualisation platforms.
• Lead end‑to‑end project initiatives from concept through launch, managing timelines and stakeholders.

• Strong problem‑solving and prioritisation abilities, turning messy SOPs into scalable, automated tools.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with comfort handling hotel, booking and performance data.
• Clear communication of technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptable, quick learner of low‑code and code technologies.
• Professional “get‑it‑done” attitude with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Power Apps and Power Automate for low‑code application development.
• Python for data cleaning, automation and report generation.
• Understanding of APIs or data integration methods.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Superset, Tableau, Power BI or Excel.
