Strategic Advisor (Out Source)

About the role

LEARN Corporation’s OnDemand Education platform is seeking a Strategic Advisor to design and manage personalized study plans for students preparing for Thai university entrance exams. The role involves close collaboration with students, parents, and teaching assistants to ensure academic goals are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage individualized 36‑, 24‑, or 18‑month study plans aligned with the school’s Career School Plan.
• Monitor student performance, adjust plans as needed, and provide ongoing academic support.
• Deliver one‑on‑one academic and motivational counseling to students and parents.
• Track progress, identify issues, and coordinate support with teaching assistants or subject specialists.
• Prepare and present monthly progress reports and conduct regular meetings with the TA team.
• Schedule consultations and gather feedback to monitor satisfaction with academic services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, a Science field, or related area.
• Minimum 1 year experience in academic advising or educational counseling.
• In‑depth knowledge of the TCAS university admission system and preparation strategies.
• Experience in personalized academic planning, exam preparation, score improvement, and portfolio development.
• Strong communication and public‑speaking abilities for effective one‑on‑one consultations.
• High emotional intelligence with a student‑centered mindset and ability to handle sensitive data responsibly.
