About the role

LEARN Corporation seeks a dedicated Student Success Officer to act as a personal academic strategist for students preparing for TCAS university admissions. You will design personalized study pathways, review portfolios, and manage expectations of premium families.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1‑on‑1 strategic sessions to create hyper‑personalized TCAS study plans aligned with target universities.
• Deliver bi‑weekly academic progress reports and feedback to keep students on track.
• Analyze and audit student portfolios for all TCAS channels, ensuring compelling content and structure.
• Guide extracurricular selection—competitions, research papers, camps, projects—to maximize portfolio impact.
• Recommend optimal academic courses and pathways, prioritizing learner interests.
• Monitor TCAS timelines, admission criteria updates, and policy shifts.
• Serve as the primary contact for families, handling inquiries and high‑stakes decision moments.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deploy appropriate tools and resources for student growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in educational counseling, academic path planning, score optimization, or portfolio building.
• Deep understanding of the TCAS university admission framework and faculty requirements.
• Excellent 1‑on‑1 communication skills in Thai and ability to handle sensitive data with empathy.
• TOEIC score of 700 +.
• Strong multitasking, organizational abilities, and composure under high‑pressure timelines.
• Growth mindset and interest in fast‑changing educational trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data‑informed analysis for academic planning.
• Ability to use AI‑assisted tools for data analysis (as noted by the company).
