Talent Acquisition Specialist (Mass Hiring)

About the role

Analog Devices, a global semiconductor company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Chon Buri. The role focuses on mass hiring and high-volume delivery for manufacturing operations, working closely with plant leadership and hiring managers to turn production headcount goals into structured search plans.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and run large-scale hiring initiatives and ramp-up projects to meet manufacturing targets
• Proactively map markets, headhunt and build direct pipelines for technical and operational roles
• Act as a strategic TA advisor to plant leadership and hiring managers
• Manage the full hiring lifecycle in Workday ATS, including application review, scheduling, background checks and onboarding
• Negotiate and close complex offers with compensation teams
• Coordinate university relations, local hiring events, background verification and immigration workflow support as needed

Required profile

• Strong track record in recruitment, with proven mass-hiring experience in manufacturing environments
• Ability to source candidates directly, like an internal agency recruiter, without third-party search firms
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong stakeholder management, agility in fast-paced production settings and negotiation skills

Required skills

• Solid hands-on experience with Workday and modern candidate evaluation platforms
• Export licensing review may be required for positions accessing technical data

The position is experienced level, requires travel about 10% of the time and is a normal-time shift in the Philippines.
