The role partners closely with clients, delivers strategic recruitment solutions and manages the full hiring process from sourcing to placement. Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Identify, source and assess high-quality candidates across various industries.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates against client requirements.
• Build long-term client partnerships and provide recruitment consultation.
• Offer market intelligence, salary benchmarking and hiring recommendations.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Achieve recruitment and business development targets.
• Mentor and support junior consultants when needed.
• Keep recruitment records and candidate databases accurate and up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, staffing or consultative sales.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for client success.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to perform well under pressure.
