Technical Project Manager - Ansible Automation & Cloud Infrastructure

About the role

Kyndryl is looking for a Technical Project Manager in Bangkok to lead enterprise automation and infrastructure transformation initiatives. The role coordinates infrastructure, middleware, cloud, databases, networks, security and application teams, turning business objectives into project plans and driving delivery from initiation through production deployment and post-implementation review.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application and infrastructure automation projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets and deliverables.
• Gather requirements from customers and stakeholders and turn them into implementation plans and roadmaps.
• Coordinate activities across infrastructure, cloud, middleware, database, network, security and application teams.
• Run project governance meetings, technical workshops, status reviews and executive steering discussions.
• Oversee automation implementation, testing, deployment, production rollout and stabilization.
• Monitor progress, report status, dashboards and metrics, and coordinate UAT, change management and post-implementation reviews.
• Review technical documentation, plans, test results and procedures for quality and completeness.
• Support resource planning, workload management and scheduling across concurrent initiatives.
• Collaborate with automation engineering teams on process improvement and ensure compliance with governance, security and risk controls.
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and technical teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, middleware administration, enterprise systems administration or technology operations.
• Minimum 3 years leading technical infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, automation or enterprise application projects.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise IT projects with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Thai and English.

Required skills

• Hands-on knowledge of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and Ansible Playbooks is highly desirable.
• Preferred: BFSI or other regulated enterprise experience, ITIL, change management, Agile/Scrum/Waterfall, and PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL or equivalent certifications.
