Technical Representative H225

About the role

The Technical Representative H225 will supervise all maintenance activities for Airbus Helicopters’ H225 fleet in Thailand, ensure compliance with OEM technical data, and provide on‑site training and technical support to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance tasks in line with OEM data, including ADs, EASBs/ASBs and Service Bulletins.
• Deliver on‑the‑job training covering field‑level maintenance, functional tests, inspections and repairs.
• Guide customers in using AirbusWorld, T.I.P.I., T.O.O.L.S. and EASA resources.
• Analyze technical issues, identify safety risks and report in‑service incidents to Airbus Helicopters.
• Provide technical filtering and verification for warranty claims and collect fleet data.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in aviation maintenance, with recent hands‑on H225 exposure.
• Official H225 Type Rating or Type Qualification and completed OEM type training.
• Strong communication, listening and emotional‑intelligence skills.
• Ability to work independently, keep promises and respect local sensitivities.

Required skills

• Interpretation of OEM technical data (ADs, SBs, EASBs/ASBs).
• Proficient use of AirbusWorld, T.I.P.I., T.O.O.L.S. and EASA websites.
• Execution of O/I‑level airframe repair using special tools and precision test instruments.
• Logistics planning and material management for maintenance support.
