Programme Manager – Grants and Impact

About the role

The Programme Manager (Grants and Impact) will support the ASEAN‑UK Health Security Partnership Programme (HSP) in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting to the Grants and Impact Lead, the role oversees the delivery of the HSP grant mechanism, monitors grantee performance, and helps deploy technical resources across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote, coordinate and deliver virtual and in‑person events related to the HSP grant mechanism, including awareness activities, demand‑generation programmes and onboarding training.
• Assist with monitoring grants at contractual and programmatic levels, working closely with technical, MEL and communications teams.
• Support Technical Consultation Group experts and deploy them as programmatic advisors to grantees.
• Organise, analyse and report on expressions of interest and grant applications.
• Contribute to the implementation of the ASEAN‑UK Health Security Partnership Programme and its grant management system.

Required profile

• Experience in managing grant‑making processes or similar programme administration.
• Familiarity with health‑sector initiatives, especially in the ASEAN region.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Ability to work independently and support a multidisciplinary team.
