APAC Consumer & Marketing Insights Lead - FMCG (G100)

About the role

NielsenIQ is looking for an APAC Consumer & Marketing Insights (CMI) G100 Lead, a strategic commercial leadership role based in Bangkok. The role drives growth, solution adoption and revenue across the company's largest Global 100 FMCG clients in the Asia Pacific region, owning the CMI growth agenda, go-to-market strategies, key client engagements and regional business planning. It works closely with Product, Sales, Analytics, Innovation, RMS and Delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the APAC CMI business plan and revenue growth strategy for G100 FMCG clients, identify high-value opportunities and define the solution portfolio
• Build and run regional go-to-market strategies targeting key client decision-makers and global/regional headquarters
• Lead strategic client engagements, major proposals and multi-market RFPs, and drive cross-sell and upsell across CMI, Analytics & Advisory, Innovation, RMS and Qualitative solutions
• Develop senior client relationships that deliver sustainable revenue growth and market expansion
• Partner with Global Product teams to shape product strategy, lead solution commercialization and provide competitive intelligence
• Connect Sales, Product, Delivery and Client Success teams and build a high-performing G100 community
• Make revenue performance, opportunities, risks and growth plans visible to stakeholders

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the insights industry; agency experience is a must, client-side experience is a plus
• High energy, motivation, drive, initiative, professionalism and commitment
• Able to capture client needs and turn them into solutions within the NIQ portfolio, and to communicate in a cross-cultural environment
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial, able to work in a fast-changing environment
