Deal Desk Specialist

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a detail‑driven Deal Desk Specialist to join its Commercial Operations team. You will partner with global sales teams to turn complex data into actionable commercial deals that support growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build complex pricing models, price schedules and complete contract packages to enable high‑impact revenue opportunities.
• Analyze sales and customer data using Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms to deliver pricing recommendations.
• Coordinate global opportunity progression by tracking deal SLAs, monitoring progress and advising on internal policies.
• Complete due‑diligence, quality‑assurance and information‑security questionnaires for prospective deals.
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive small‑scale improvements to enhance commercial efficiency.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of progressive experience in sales support or global deal operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Suite and pricing tools; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to translate raw data into insights.
• Superior written and oral communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
