Intermediate Software Developer

About the role

We're looking for Intermediate Software Developers who have solid, hands‑on experience with both ReactJS and Java Spring Boot. The ideal candidate is comfortable with technical analysis, design patterns, and architectural best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Work within an agile squad to deliver solutions for mutual funding products.
• Write high‑quality source code and create automated unit tests.
• Extract and document business logic from legacy applications.
• Propose performance‑oriented UI and architectural improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, solution designers, architects, business analysts and testers to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide standby support one weekday per week (8 AM–8 PM) to investigate incidents and deliver fixes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, MVC, client‑server concepts and REST API development.
• Experience with ReactJS (Angular a plus) and Java Spring Boot/Spring framework.
• Familiarity with databases, stored procedures, microservices and AWS services such as EKS, EC2, DynamoDB.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Helm or Kubernetes is a plus.
• Good command of English and ability to communicate technical and business concepts.
