Technical Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable, secure software solutions. You will mentor a development team, ensure high‑quality code, and act as the primary technical liaison with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide standby support one weekday per week (8 AM–8 PM) to investigate incidents, deliver workarounds, and identify root causes.
• Lead and mentor the development team, offering technical guidance, coaching, and feedback.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define architecture, and produce detailed technical designs.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and performance‑efficient.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and proactively address implementation challenges.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in ReactJS; Angular experience is a plus.
• Solid experience with relational databases, SQL, and stored procedures.
• Experience designing and developing microservices‑based applications.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
