Trainee Developer – PCIS / Apollo Squad

About the role

Work with an agile squad to deliver solutions that meet business requirements for mutual fund products. You will write quality code, create automated unit tests, and collaborate with testers to resolve defects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality source code for assigned tasks.
• Create automated unit tests and coordinate with testers to resolve defects.
• Extract business logic from legacy applications and summarise it for the team.
• Propose solutions for better performance or UI usage.
• Coordinate with developers, solution designers, and architects to review solutions and code.
• Work with business analysts and testers to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Provide feedback to improve norms, processes, and development techniques.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong knowledge of programming techniques such as OOP, MVC, and client‑server architecture.
• Good communication skills and a solid command of English.
