IT Application Support

About the role

Haier is looking for an IT Application Support professional in Bangkok. The role covers general IT support: investigating and troubleshooting software issues, helping users and clients use software applications, and working closely with headquarters on IT matters.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, and help users and clients use various applications
• Contact and collaborate with headquarters on IT work, and share technical insights in business-wide meetings
• Design and run system tests and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Watch versioning and the move from development and test to production, and give regular project updates to the IT manager
• Identify risks early and escalate them to the IT manager when needed

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or another IT-related field
• At least 2 years of experience supporting software systems in CRM, ERP, SAP, WMS or TMS
• Team player who can help colleagues and departments with technical problems
• Good English (reading, writing, listening and speaking)

Required skills

• Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Power BI
• SQL queries (an advantage)
• Web or software coding such as Python (an advantage)
