Key Account Manager (Food Service / QSR)

About the role

HRnetOne is recruiting a Key Account Manager for its Food Service and Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) business in Thailand. The role manages strategic B2B accounts, builds long-term relationships with key decision-makers and drives revenue growth through account-specific sales plans.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned strategic B2B accounts and act as the main contact for customers, building long-term relationships with key decision-makers and business partners.
• Create and implement account-specific sales plans aligned with business objectives, and drive revenue growth through new business, upselling and cross-selling.
• Monitor account performance and sales results, using customer and sales data to develop business insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions to deliver products and services to agreed expectations, and communicate customer feedback internally.
• Monitor FMCG, food service and related market developments, track competitors and customer trends, and recommend product or service development.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales trends, forecasts and opportunities, and track key commercial indicators such as sales volume, market share and profitability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management or Sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Experience working with B2B customers is required.
• Experience with coffee and tea chains, QSR or similar food service channels is highly relevant.
